Who we are
Founded in Lagos in 1991 as Tayo Oyetibo & Co., we have evolved from a primarily litigation-focused practice into one of Nigeria’s leading firms in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Law. In 2016, we became TAYO OYETIBO LP (TOLP), after registering as a Limited Partnership under Lagos State law. In January 2022, we merged with Twelve Legal, a respected commercial law firm, and now operate as a unified legal practice under the TOLP name.
